"Sporting Appointments have placed me in two roles that were not just the right roles at the right time, but roles that he knew would help me achieve my careers goals. It's not often you come across an agency who puts so much time and care into finding you the right role. I can highly recommend Sporting Appointments for anybody moving forward or into the sports arena."

What is your favourite club?

The world smallest but biggest club Millwall FC

What sporting moment lives longest in the memory?

Well supporting Millwall most weekends are a disappointment to be honest but I have been lucky enough to see Millwall at the old Wembley twice and the new Wembley 4 times but the 2004 FA Cup run all the way to the final vs Manchester United, I went to every single game in that cup run including 2 postponed fixtures versus Telford! Including a trip to Budapest to watch us in the UEFA Cup, so that whole year was my best and longest memory so far!

What’s your favourite book or film?

I always like to read sporting autobiographies, always good to see in the mind of a great sportsman.

Who is your sporting idol?

Growing up I was a centre midfielder and number 8 and that was all down to Paul Gazza Gascoigne! I was lucky enough to meet him a few years ago and he didn’t disappoint.

My club hero for me is Timmy Cahill.

Which sporting events do you most look forward to?

I am huge fan of most sports but to name a few that I most look forward to would be:

Euros / World Cup, The Ryder Cup, The Lions Tour, The Ashes + Six Nations

What phrase do you live your life by?

Get back up, Dust yourself off and Box the hell on!
